The AAUW California Public Policy team is launching a new project to help stem the growing tide of School Board members who want to ban books and censor curricula materials that contain historically accurate information regarding marginalized members of our society.    

The first step is determining the scope of the problem, and the degree of interest of our membership in doing something about it.   You can help get us started by completing this survey. Once we have the results, we can determine additional ways in which you can each be of service.  Working together, we can make sure children in California get the education they need and deserve.
