Complete the form below to sign up for junior membership. This form must be completed and submitted to Albrighton Cricket Club by the start of the new season.  All members will be subject to the Regulations and Codes of Conduct as stated within the club's Constitution and will be deemed to have accepted the said Regulations and Codes of Conduct upon joining the club. DATA PROTECTION - Information contained on this form shall be used for club administration purposes only. No individual’s details will be passed to an outside body.

The club will use the information provided on this form, as well as, other information it obtains about the player to administer their cricketing activity at the club, and in any activities in which they participate through the club and to care for and supervise activities in which they are involved. In some cases, this may require the club to disclose the information to County Boards, leagues and to the ECB.  
As the person completing this form, you must ensure each person whose information you include in this form knows what will happen to their information and how it may be disclosed.

ACC Family membership (any children under 18) - £70
All Stars / Dynamos Parent Membership to ACC - £30.00                            
All Stars Cricket ECB Membership (5 to 8 year olds) per child - £40.00**
Dynamos Cricket ECB Membership (8 to 11 year olds) per child - £40.00**

Payment to ACC can be made by Bank Transfer or by cheque.  
Please ensure your name is shown as a reference on your bank payment or on the reverse of the cheque.
