We can add your affidavit to our legal complaint at no charge. If you want to be a PLAINTIFF, your name will be included as an injured party. We can not guarantee if the PLAINTIFF will get a jury reward, so you may lose your $250 immediately if the Federal Judge dismisses our case and does not allow a TRO, a temporary restraining order to stop the September 27th date upon which the New York Department of Health and (friends), arbitrarily chose as a date in which all healthcare workers must get this "inoculation" against Covid 19. The good news is we have incredible legal help as well as a nationally recognized Civil Rights Group who are potentially prepared to bring this all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States! We can not guarantee that either, but we have been also offered, although not guaranteed, a few incredible law firms who have offered what are called "Amicus Briefs" which are "friends of the court" documents in support of our action. We need a donation of $250 to be a PLAINTIFF, which help defray costs such as paralegals, and consultation fees with legal experts or to get additional "expert witness testimony" who can charge up to $500 an hour or more! We only accept Venmo or Zelle for payments toward being a PLAINTIFF If you do pay the $250, you can request to participate in our lawsuit against the NYDOH, and you may be requested, (although the chances of this are remote), to testify in court or on video to backup your statements in your affidavit. We can not compensate for you time and we can not guarantee success. ***We recommend you submit a Religious Exemption documents to your place of work, sent via US postal service, certified mail, Return Receipt requested several days before September 27th, 2021. Get them notarized and keep a copy! I also recommend a class we are offering on how to write a Religious Exemption, but we do not write them for you! We are doing this Monday at 6:30 and the fee is $25.00 and if you want to be a plaintiff you must have a religious exemption submitted before September 27th and the sooner the better!
