Resource Selection Questionnaire
Use the following 16 questions to help decide if a resource(s) that the school has or is hoping to obtain will support student learning. Not all areas of this questionnaire will relate to every resource, however the purpose of this questionnaire is to find the links to an area(s) of need. At the end there is an optional question requesting constructive feedback about the questionnaire.
