Turn Up Your Voice 2023 Cohort Application
The pilot cohort is full, however we are accepting waitlist applications. Please complete the following application to join the waitlist. We will be reviewing and informing waitlist applicants the first week of March 2023

Rural Development Initiatives (RDI) and The Center for Women's Leadership (CWL) is excited to welcome you to the 2023 Turn Up your Voice cohort! During our sessions, we'll learn together about navigating local and state government, defining and championing community priorities, developing compelling issue and candidate campaigns, and creating action plans that make things happen!

This opportunity will include four virtual sessions featuring inspiring elected officials and government and communications experts who can provide valuable perspective, one-on-one mentoring, and a culminating visit to the Capitol in Salem to see state government firsthand (travel stipends, meals and lodging are provided).

Thank you for taking the time to inform us on how we can make this a meaningful experience. We will be sharing additional details via email soon. In the meantime, Jessica Mole Heilman at jmole@pdx.edu with any questions.
