I hereby give permission for my senior child to participate in the class activity/trip to Ocoee Ridge Camp in Old Fort TN on Thursday, August 10th - Friday, August 11th, 2023.
I understand that this activity will be under the supervision of SBA staff and thereby relieve Silverdale Baptist Academy of all responsibility beyond that of normal supervision.
I understand that this activity may/will include the following:  OVERNIGHT IN A GENDER BASED CABIN, WATERPARK ACTIVITIES, GAMES, AND OTHER OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES , WHITEWATER RAFTING (STUDENTS MAY CHOOSE TO STAY AT CAMP AND PARTICIPATE IN ANOTHER ACTIVITY IF THEY DON'T WANT TO GO RAFTING)

Departure Time: 2:00pm on August 10th

Return Time: 3:00pm on August 11th.

Dress Code: Academy Length shorts and t-shirt, girls one-piece swim suit (no white), boys long swim trunks, dry outfit for bus ride home - more detailed list to follow.
