Please join us for a workshop on Student Mental Health!
Join Dr. Michelle Boettcher, TeachingForward Fellow, and Dr. Corrine Sackett from 10am to 11:30am in Vickery 226.

This session will focus on how student mental health issues can emerge in classroom settings. The conversationally-driven workshop will provide opportunities to share questions and strategies for supporting all of our students and each of our classroom communities. We will reflect on some case studies and discuss campus resources for faculty in this important work.

As a result of this session, participants will:

1. Be able to use strategies to engage students and classrooms in conversation about strategies for supporting all students in communities of learning.
2. Have knowledge of university resources for dealing with student mental health issues in the classroom.
3. Develop further understanding of the issues students face in and out of the classroom.
