All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including manufacturer's packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories or hardware. All original packaging and labels must be intact. Unwrapped, unrolled or inflated kites and wings are considered used. Unwrapped Lines/bars are considered used. All items must be able to be resold as new.

No - This item does NOT meet new/unused specifications and is in used condition.

Refund - Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs and 3% credit card fees. Shipping costs paid by Green Hat Kiteboarding for original shipping will NOT be refunded.

Store Credit - Customer is only responsible for return shipping costs. (See return policy for exclusions)

Exchange - Customer is only responsible for return shipping costs. (See return policy for exclusions)

Exchanges for large Items with high shipping costs (Wing foil boards, kiteboards, surfboards, travel bags, wing foil booms, etc.) customers are responsible for the shipping costs back to Green Hat, as well as the shipping costs for the exchange back to them.
