1. One RV or one tent per site (Please understand that renting site is our main product.  We also don't want to over crowd sites with tents and with the potential to overflow into neighboring sites.)
2. Each site comes with 2 adults and 2 children for the price quoted. For additional adult (up to 3 adults per site), $25 per night. For additional child 3-17, $8 per night.  Children under 3: free.
3. We don't charge pet fees. But all dogs must be on a leash. Pet owners are required to pick up pet waste.
4. After this reservation request form, you will receive an acceptance e-mail if your reservation request(s) has been accepted and an invoice to pay later on.
5. QUIET TIME: 10PM TO 8AM: We are a quiet, peaceful, relaxing, and fun campground.
6. RESERVATIONS: a. Any accepted and held for any date within the season will be charged at full amount at the time of reservation. b. Holiday reservations require a minimum 3-night reservation, paid in full, and are non-refundable. c. Weekend reservations require a minimum 2-night reservation, paid in full, and are non-refundable.
7. CANCELLATIONS: a. Cancellation requires a 14-day notice in email writing. b. “No-shows” will be considered as forfeit of the reservation.  No refund will be issued.
8. CHECK-IN: Check-in after 3PM EST. Check-Out before 11AM EST.  No Check-in after 9PM EST to avoid disturbing neighbor sites.
9. Gate Closes: 10PM EST daily.  You can park your vehicles at the designed parking lot and walk to your campsite after 10PM EST.
