- will be recognized on Saturday, July 27th, at the 2024 Leadership Convention Gala in Houston, TX.
- will have their bios featured in a press release and their headshots on the NAAAP Awards webpage
- will be eligible to receive exclusive NAAAP Speakers Bureau (NSB) benefits: (1) affiliation fee waived for life, (2) individualized booking button on
naaap.org, and (3) 100% of speaking fee goes to them or to their preferred charity.
NAAAP100In 2008, NAAAP established the NAAAP100 Awards to recognize exemplary leaders in the Asian community. The awards, presented annually at the gala of our annual national leadership convention, are to recognize influential leaders who have made significant contributions to their profession and the Asian community. Previous award winners include former Ambassador to China Gary Locke, former Canadian Senator Vivienne Poy, activist Dr. Grace Lee Boggs, Pritzker prize-winning architect I.M. Pei, and playwright David Henry Hwang.
NAAAP Inspire
In 2016, NAAAP established a parallel program to recognize promising up-and-coming leaders in the Asian community. Like NAAAP100 honorees, NAAAP Inspire honorees have created significant impact through their roles in various sectors such as business, government, or nonprofit.
NAAAP Pride
In 2019, NAAAP Pride award was created to honor influential leaders in the Asian American LGBTQ+ community who have made significant contributions in advancing LGBTQ+ leadership, equality, and visibility.
