Hey! We are so excited you're interested in working with Great Outdoor Adventure Trips (GOAT) this summer! This application is the beginning of the hiring process, and it's the first step in us trying to figure out who you are and what you're about!

The application looks long, but don't freak out this is our best attempt at getting the real you! Don't spend too much time overthinking. We find it's best to answer with your initial thought and to answer as honestly as possible.

We want to make sure our program is a good fit for you just as much as we want to make sure you're a good fit for our summer staff.  Your honesty in answering these questions will help determine both of those things. Make sure your answers are based on who you are, not who you think we want you to be or even who you think you want to be. We'll have a chance to talk more during interviews and expand on some of these questions and get to know each other in person.
