To nominate yourself for the position of CUPE 4600 Departmental Steward, please complete the below form in its entirety. Nominations must be submitted no later than 5:00pm on Thursday, October 28th.

To complete this form you will need the name and email address of two nominators, who must be employed in the same department and be from the same unit as you (i.e., Unit 1 - TA/RA/SA; Unit 2 - CI).

Please note elected stewards serve in the department in which they are employed, not the department they are studying in, if the two are different.

If the number of nominees does not exceed the maximum number of stewards allowed in your department, you will be acclaimed without an election. If an election is necessary, members in your department will be sent an email ballot to cast their vote after the nomination period closes.
