Here is what you need to do:
1. At registration:
a) pay the required Registration Deposit
b) pay the Fundraising, Volunteer & Uniform/Music deposits as indicated for your/your child's choir.
2. Submit this Bursary Application
You will be notified by October 31st if you have been awarded a bursary. Once awarded, you will complete the revised payment plan by dates indicated.
3. Bursary applications are not reviewed for consideration unless all of the above conditions have been met.

Bursaries will be granted based on financial need only.
Bursaries may be applied to choir fees only. All bursary recipients are required to contribute the full amount of their fundraising commitment, volunteer commitment, and uniform fees. Submitting an application does not guarantee a bursary award. The Bursary Committee will inform you of their decision as soon as possible.
All successful applications are for the upcoming choir year only. Families must re-apply for a bursary each year.
