CWRU Music: Locker Request and Agreement
Undergraduate Instrumental Lockers
The Department of Music provides lockers (located in Denison Hall) in a variety of sizes to accommodate the storage of instruments as well as auxiliary equipment, books/scores, and personal effects. Eligible CWRU students participating in Department of Music ensembles may apply for a locker beginning August 10, and at any time through the remainder of the school year. 

HPP Instrumental Lockers
Graduate students in the Historical Performance Practice program are eligible to request lockers located in Haydn Hall. 

Please review the Instrument Locker Policies in advance.

Controlled Rooms and Storage Areas
Eligible students may request lockbox access to controlled rooms, studios, or percussion/tuba/marching band/harp storage areas. Review the term/conditions and submit the Responsible Use & Security Awareness Agreement.
