2022 Commonwealth Dinner Volunteer Form
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 19th Annual Commonwealth Dinner, which will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 from 5:30 PM-11:30 PM at the Greater Richmond Convention Center. If you have any questions, please contact Kyleigh Hynes at khynes@equalityvirginia.org

Volunteering Options Available:

OPTION 1 : Volunteer before the Dinner for setup 8:00 AM-1:00 PM

OPTION 2 : Volunteer during the Dinner. You will need to pick 2 different shifts, one from each group. Please plan to dress appropriately if you decide to work these shifts:

    Group A : Raffle Sales, Usher/Greeter 4:00 PM-10:30 PM
    Group B : Break-down 4:00 PM-10:30 PM

No matter what option you pick from above, you will get to enjoy the Dinner. Thank you for being willing to volunteer for this important special event!

EV is taking all available precautions in order to keep our guests safe during the 2022 Commonwealth Dinner. We kindly ask that every guest attending the Dinner be fully vaccinated, or be able to show proof of a negative PCR COVID-19 test taken at least 48-hours prior to the event. Please verify below:
