This form will serve as the official registration for student and faculty partnerships for the Undergraduate Research Fellowship. This form can ONLY be filled out by the faculty member.

Full participation in the Undergraduate Research Fellowship program is expected from scholarship recipients. This means that students will conduct research with the supervising faculty member or PhD student for approximately 8-10 hours per week. Students are also expected to prepare and present an academic research poster in Late April.

Students will work on a research project for which the faculty is currently working on. Faculty may assign task supervision to PhD students, but are expected to meet with the undergraduates regularly, as this fellowship is seen as a mentoring opportunity for students.
