Congratulations!  This is an exciting year for you and your Senior student.   Although graduation is more than 10 months away, it’s not too early to begin planning and thinking about the commencement ceremony.  

Please complete the form below to acknowledge exactly how your student’s name should appear on the Class of 2022 diploma.   The name used on the diploma will be the name used for all Graduation lists, such as the name read at Commencement and listed in the Commencement Program.  Please complete this form no later than Friday, September 17, 2021.   If you choose, your diploma name verification can be emailed to stuerk@dasd.org.
