Thank you for participating in the Government Services Chapter ACEP (GSACEP) Membership Engagement Survey!

This goal of this survey is to identify current issues and lesser-known opportunities for improvement among GSACEP members.

Ideal responses include topics that are strategic in nature (eg: impacting more than one location) and which could benefit from additional GSACEP advocacy efforts or supportive attention

Your responses will help guide and inform GSACEP advocacy efforts - including development of relevant ACEP resolutions and policy proposals, which can fuel subsequent national and state lobbying efforts.

Participants completing the survey will be entered in a raffle for waived GSACEP Chapter annual dues for the upcoming year but contact information must be included in the last survey section to win. Responses can be submitted completely anonymously, however, anonymous responses cannot be entered in the raffle.
