FEE SCALE:
Member Fees
$125/day For businesses/organizations wishing to set up for ONE to THREE DAYS in order to sell FOOD items during SummerFest. (Must work with NYS Department of Health , Village of Potsdam Code Enforcement for the Food Truck Permit, and be up to NYS DOH standards)
Non-Member Fees:
$155/day For businesses/organizations wishing to set up for ONE to THREE DAYS in order to sell FOOD during SummerFest. (Must work with NYS Department of Health, Village of Potsdam Code Enforcement for the Food Truck Permit and be up to NYS DOH standards)
Location: Food Truck Alley along Riverside Drive encircling Ives Park and Vendor Village.
Please make checks payable to The Potsdam Chamber of Commerce.
I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable after June 21st, 2024
Checks will not be cashed until vendor is fully approved to participate in Summerfest(See Section1.3 in rules and regulations).
