Comet Closet Spring 2022
The Comet Closet is an area at Caston where we try to provide clothes, shoes, coats, hats, shampoo, soap, and other toiletries and essential items.  This is available for any student or family with a need.  This year, we are asking that you fill out this form and we will gather and send the needed items home with a student. We will keep the names of the families and students private.  We have tons clothes, shoes, and toilitries that we would like to distribute.  If you are interested, please fill out this form.

Students, please feel free to stop by the Comet Closet and help yourself to anything that you need.  Contact Mrs. Shultz for more information.

I would like to receive some items from the Comet Closet *
Please list each individual in the household, their age, clothes sizes, shoe sizes, and specific needs (for example, are they in need of a coat, jeans, etc.).   Example:  Jane Doe, age 12, Youth large 10/12, shoe size women's 6. Jane is in need of jeans, long sleeve shirts, and a coat.  
Please check all the essential and toiletry items that you need. We will give you whatever we have in stock.  
What student should we give the donated items to in order to get them home?  Who is their teacher?  If they are in Jr/Sr. high, who is their 8th period teacher?   *
