Use this form to complete a ticket request for your teen group.

REMINDERS:
1. This program operates on a first come, first served basis.
2. A few days after completing this form, you will receive an email from our Education team. Groups falling within the first available slots will receive the official registration link and others will be notified that they are on our waitlist.
3. We request that chaperones accompany a group of 3 or more teens as these discounted opportunities are created for this age group specifically. Chaperone requests for less than 3 teens will be considered if serving a specific need or accommodation only.
