By filling out this form, you are expressing interest in being a part of the abortion storytelling project by the Iowa Abortion Access Fund and Jasper Chung Photography.

This project will involve a one-hour time commitment in which you will be interviewed about your abortion story in person by Jasper Chung, a board member of IAAF. The interview will be recorded and then transcribed. Part of the project will also be having your portrait taken to share alongside your words on IAAF's social media and blog, and possibly more spaces as well.

Due to limited time and capacity, a maximum of one person per week will be interviewed. This means that the project will work to prioritize those who experience systemic barriers to abortion access such as those who are BIPOC, LGBTQ+, disabled, immigrants and non-native English speakers.
