Students interested in trying out for the Risley Middle volleyball team must complete this form. All students MUST have an updated physical and insurance info on file in order to try out. Physical forms can be picked up in the front office. You can also find a link to the form on the athletic department's website.

If you need to get a physical completed, Glynn County Athletic Department is offering a middle school physical night April 29th at Brunswick High School. The cost is $10.

Tryouts will be May 10th-12th, 4-5:30. Each student should make sure to have a ride home afterwards. If you have any questions, please email Coach Trautz.
