Sitsit järjestetään Q-talolla 14.11. klo 18. Sitsaamaan mahtuu 118 tiedemiestä/-naista/-henkilöä kiintiöin 60 TYK, 29 Nucleus, 29 IVA. Ilmoittautuminen avautuu 29.10. klo 12 ja sulkeutuu 3.11. klo 23.59. Kiintiöt avataan 31.10. klo 12. Sitsit kustantavat 15 € holillisena ja 12 € holittomana. Sitsit maksetaan etukäteen tilisiirrolla, maksuohjeet lähetetään myöhemmin. Hintaan kuuluu alku-, pää- ja jälkiruoka (lakto-ovo vegetaristisia, saatavina myös vegaanisena), teemajuoma, kaksi kirkasta ja jallu. Pukeuduthan sitseille teeman mukaisesti. Sitsit päättyvät n. klo 22 ja pienen siivouksen jälkeen jatkobileet alkavat samassa tilassa!

Sitz will be arranged at Q-talo 14.11. at 6 pm. With a maximum of 118 scientists quotas are 60 for TYK, 29 for Nucleus and 29 for IVA. The sign-up opens 29.10. at 12 o'clock and closes 3.11. at 23.59. Quotas will be opened 31.10. at 12 o'clock. Sitz cost 15 € alcoholic and 12 € non-alcoholic. Payment online before the sitz, payment details will be provided later. The price includes a three course meal (lacto-ovo vegetarian, vegan option available), a theme drink, two schnaps and jallu. Please dress according to the theme. The sitz lasts until around 10 pm and after a small cleanup the afterparty begins at the same room!
