This room is a single as stated in the advertisement. Room will not be available as a double or for any period of time less than from July 2025 to June 2026. Rent is $1500/month plus a $900 security deposit, paid directly to the landlord. Utilities are approximately $85-115/month and are payable to Luke.

If we think you might be a good match, we will reach out and contact you either through Facebook or through text, so please provide both in case one medium does not work. We can then schedule an in-person or virtual meeting for you to tour the house if possible. If we think we are a match after that point, Luke will provide your contact information to the landlady who will conduct any checks and paperwork.

While this form may seem a little long, it would help us out a lot if you're as detailed as possible!
