It's specifically customized to your needs, including the frequency of workouts developed in my app, topics covered on the coaching calls, overall timeline, + I check in with you periodically throughout the week for extra accountability + support. Each week you will get a 1:1 virtual call with me to review your fitness goals + progress + for nutrition/mindset coaching.
**Please note that I only work with clients over a minimum of 12 weeks in order to make sure you're progressing towards your goals + creating habits for long-term success.**
