نحن أعضاء وأصدقاء شبكة إزالة الاستعمار بشمال إفريقيا*، نُلبِّي نِداء زملائنا بجامعة بير زيت الفلسطينيّة، ونُحيّيهم على شجاعتهم وصلابتهم. إنّنا، من خلال هذا النّص، نحرص على التّعبير عن تضامننا المُطلق مع الشّعب الفلسطينيّ وحقه في التحرير؛ كما نحرص على التعبير عن مواساتنا لكلّ الضّحايا المدنيين؛ وبنفس الحرص نُحذِّر أيضاً من التأثير السياسي عالي الشيطنة والسموم التي تَنْفُثُها وسائل الإعلام الغربيّ للتقليل من حجم التقتيل الهمجيّ الجاري وتحويل الأنظار عنه.

من الطبيعي في منطق القوى الاستعماريّة أنها دوماً ما تجعل التّاريخ يبدأ مع بداية الهجوم على محميّيها، وهي تسعى بذلك لمحو خزّان مفعولات الضّغط، من خلال الإهانة والخسف المتواصل الذي تنتجه سياسات الميز العنصريّ.

نحن، في الشّبكة، نحرص على التّذكير بأنّ سُعار التقتيل هذا لا يبدأ بتاريخ السّابع من أكتوبر 2023، كما إنّه لم يبدأ مع تاريخ السّادس من أكتوبر1973. لقد بدأ مع التوسع المتواصل والمُتدرِّج للمُستعمرات الإسرائيليّة في الأراضي المحتلّة. ولقد كان، في كلّ موجة من موجاته، مرفقاً بأشكال مُعقّدة للالتفاف على الأراضي ولطرق استلابه وقمعه للفلسطينيين. إنّ هذا السُّعار بدأ مع خلق دولة عنصريّة، بكلّ ما يحمله هذا الوصف من ابتذال لأفعال سلخ الفلسطينيين من إنسانيتهم، الشيء الذي سمح اليوم لوزير الدّفاع الإسرائيليّ أنْ يَصِفَ علناً، ودون خوف من العقاب، ساكنة غزة بـ"الحيوانات البشريّة".   

إنّنا، وفي الوقت الذي نكتب فيه هذا النص، تصعق إسرائيل مليون ونصف مليون من السكان بإجلائهم من شمال غزة خلال 24 ساعة، بدفعهم إلى اللّجوء نحو الجنوب. وتعتبر كلّ من لم ينسحب في هذه الآجال عضواً من أعضاء حماس، وتهدده بالتصفية من طرف القوى المسلحة الإسرائيلية. بهذا تكون الإنسانيّة جمعاء، في يوم الجمعة الماضي، 13 من اكتوبر 2023، ولأولّ مرّة في التاريخ، شاهدة على الإعلان المباشر عن قيام مجزرة مبرمجة. إنّ القِوى الغربيّة، بتضامنها مع هذه المجزرة، سواءٌ بطريقة صريحة أو مبطّنة، تكون قد فقدت كلّ مشروعيّة للتدخل في مسار السّلام الدائم. إنّ الغرب، وهو يقدم للعالم نظامه القيمي بهذه الهندسة غير الثابتة، وبهذا الكيل بمكيالين، يكون قد أبان، مرّة أخرى، عن احتقاره للقيم الكونيّة التي يتشدّق بها.

إنّ الوحشيّة التي تنهجها إسرائيل تستفحل كلّ يوم، أكثر فأكثر. ففي يوم الجمعة 13 أكتوبر، وبينما ساكنة غزة تفرّ إلى الشمال، قصف الجيش الإسرائيلي المدنيين وسيّارات الإسعاف، بل واقتحم هذا الجيش، في نفس المساء، كلّ أراضي الضفة: جنين والخليل ونابلس ورام الله وبيت لحم... بالإضافة الى أنه ومنذ أيّام، كان الإسرائيليون من سكان المستعمرات مُسلحّين علنا من طرف الدّولة الإسرائيلية ومشجّعين بقوة على تصفية أيّ فلسطيني كان من كان.

تُقترف كلّ جرائم الدّولة هذه في افلات تام من العقاب، بزكية وتبرير داعية تذيعها وسائل الإعلام الغربيّ، ويُعتبر إلصاق تهمة مذبحة أربعين طفلاً إسرائيليّاً نموذجاً مُخزياً في هذا السياق؛ فاعتماداً على تحقيق قام به صحافيو قناة الجزيرة، اضطرّت قناة "سي.ن.ن" تقديم اعتذارها علناً واعترفت أنّ هذه الوقائع لم تكن حقيقيّة البتّة.

إلاّ أنّ الأذى قد طرأ، وها هي الكذبة تتكرّر على لسان رئيس الولايات المُتحدة الأمريكيّة نفسه، سامحة بذلك لواشنطن، علاوة على مساعدتها الماليّة والعسكريّة لإسرائيل، بأنْ تُحضّر الرأي العام للمجزرة المقبلة. وكم يُذكّرنا هذا، مع كثير من الألم، بمُقدِّمات الهجوم على العراق.

إنّ الصّمت المُدوِّي للمجتمع الدّولي عن جرائم الحرب المُقترفة اليوم في فلسطين هو حُجّة إضافيّة على أنّ التفاضل العِرقيّ بين الأجناس كان دوماً في قلب المشاريع الاستعماريّة والإمبرياليّة الغربيّة. بل إنّ على أساس هذا التفاضل تمّ على الدّوام تبرير أكبر مجازر وإبادات عاشتها الشّعوب التي عانت من هذا التمييز العُنصريّ.

من ثمّة، فإنّ ما يقع في فلسطين خلال الأزمنة الرّاهنة، لا يعدو أنْ يكون إلاّ استمراراً للعُنف الاستعماريّ الذي يتمدّد ويتأبّد. كذلك تميّزت هذه السّنة بتكثيف جميع أنواع العنف تُجاه الفلسطينيّين، فحسب تقديرات الأمم المُتحدة، تمّ قتل 173 فلسطينيّاً قبل شهر أكتوبر، ولا زلنا نستحضر جميعاً صور مُخيّم اللاّجئين في جنين الذي كانت القوّات الإسرائيليّة قد خرّبته.

إنّ السّياسة الاستيطانيّة العمياء التي تعتمدها دولة إسرائيل، والخرق المُستمرّ للقانون الدّولي، وعدم احترام كلّ اتفاقيّات السّلام، في إطار مخطّط الاستيطان هذا؛ إنّ هذه السّياسة تطهير عرقيّ صريحٌ.

على مدى حقب التاريخ، تمّت إبادة شعوب أصليّة أخرى. وها هي منهجيّة التعامل التي سادت في الولايات المتحدة مع المنحدرين من أصول أرمينيّة، والذين ذاقوا بدورهم ويلات التعذيب والتبعيّة، وما يزالون يحملون علامته حتّى الآن.

لكّل هذا، قُدّامَ صمت المجتمع الدّولي، ومع التضامن غير المشروط للولايات المتحدة والإتحاد الأوربيّ مع إسرائيل، وأمام الانحياز المُعلن لوسائل الإعلام الغربيّة: نُعلن، نحن أعضاء وأصدقاء شبكة تصفية الاستعمار في شمال إفريقيا، تضامننا المطلق مع الشّعب الفلسطيني في معركة التّحرير التي يخوضها، ونُنَدِّدُ بالمذابح الجارية في حقّ المدنيين الفلسطينيّين. وفي ذات السّياق، نحرص على التّذكير بالأهميّة الأخلاقيّة والسياسيّة للتراجع عن اتفاقيّات التطبيع التي لا تزيد إسرائيل إلاّ شعوراً بقدرتها على الإفلات من العقاب.

لا وجود إذن لسلام دائم في المنطقة ما دام تجاهل الحقوق والآمال المشروعة للشّعب الفلسطينيّ طافحاً، وما دام التمادي في العبث بمقتضيات العدالة وبحرية التنقل المتكافئ مُتصاعداً. في العمق، يمكننا استيعاب المعادلة بسهولة، بيد أنّها تُحارب وتُنكَر بضراوة: لن يتحقّق السّلام دون التحرر من الاستعمار.

We would like to stress that the history of this murderous madness did not begin on October 7, 2023. Just as it did not begin on October 6, 1973. It is the story of a permanent and gradual expansion of Israeli settlements in occupied territories, accompanied, with each wave of annexation, by ever more sophisticated ways of alienating and persecuting the Palestinians. It is the result of the creation of a discriminatory state where dehumanization is normalized, which today allows the Israeli Minister of Defense to publicly call the inhabitants of Gaza "human animals" -- with impunity.

At the time of writing, Israel has ordered 1.1 million inhabitants to evacuate the northern Gaza Strip within 24 hours, and to take refuge in the south. Any resident who stays in place will be presumed to be a member of Hamas and threatened with elimination by the Israeli armed forces. On Friday October 13, 2023, for the first time in recent history, humanity witnessed the live announcement of a planned genocide. By supporting this massacre, be it tacitly or overtly, Western powers lost all legitimacy to take part in a lasting peace process. By exposing its double standards to the world, the West has once again shown its contempt for the "universal values" it loves to trumpet.

The cruelty of Israel's colonization is intensifying. On Friday October 13, as Gazans fled the North, the Israeli army bombed civilians and ambulances. That same evening, it made incursions throughout the West Bank: Jenin, Hebron, Nablus, Ramallah, Bethlehem... For several days now, the State of Israel has been officially arming settlers and encouraging them to murder any and all Palestinians.

These state crimes are being committed with impunity. Western media propaganda justifies them -- the most appalling example being the allegation that Hamas slit the throats of forty Israeli babies. Thanks to fact-checking by Al Jazeera journalists, CNN was forced to officially apologize, acknowledging that those were unconfirmed claims. But the damage was done: this lie, taken up by the US President himself, enabled Washington, in addition to its financial and military aid to Israel, to prime public opinion for the impending massacre. A somber reminder of what preceded the invasion of Iraq.

The international community's deafening silence on the war crimes committed in Palestine today is further proof that racial inequality has always been at the heart of the West's colonial and imperial projects. In fact, racial inequality has always been used to justify all the major massacres and genocides perpetrated against racialized populations.

In Palestine, the current situation is but the outcome of enduring and permanent colonial violence. This year, violence against Palestinians has markedly intensified. According to UN estimates, 173 Palestinians had already been killed by October. We all remember images of the Jenin refugee camp devastated by the Israeli army. Israel's indiscriminate policy of intensifying settlements, its constant violation of international law, and its failure to abide by peace agreements all undeniably amount to ethnic cleansing in a settler colonial context.

Other indigenous peoples have been massacred throughout history. Of this, the routine persecution of and discrimination against Native Americans is a constant reminder.

In the face of the international community's silence, the United States and the European Union's unconditional support of Israel, and the obvious biases of Western media, we, members and friends of the North African decolonial network, affirm our full support for the Palestinian people in their struggle for liberation, and denounce the ongoing massacre of Palestinian civilians.

In this context, we also want to highlight the ethical and political necessity of ending the normalization agreements, which only reinforce Israel's sense of impunity.

No lasting peace in the region will be achieved if the legitimate aspirations of the Palestinian people continue to be ignored, if the demands for justice, true equality, and freedom of movement for all continue to be flouted. At the end of the day, the equation is simple, if constantly obstructed and denied: there can be no peace without decolonization!

Nous, membres et amis, du réseau décolonial en Afrique du Nord[1], répondons à l’appel de nos collègues de l’Université de Bir Zeit que nous saluons pour leur courage et ténacité. Par ce texte, nous tenons à exprimer notre entière solidarité avec le peuple palestinien et son droit à la libération, comme nous tenons à exprimer notre compassion pour toutes les victimes civiles. Nous tenons également à alerter sur l'incroyable effet de diabolisation politique et d'intoxication médiatique qui cherchent à minimiser et détourner les regards de la brutalité criminelle en cours. Il est de la logique des forces coloniales de vouloir toujours faire commencer l'histoire au moment où leurs protégés sont agressés. Et de ce fait effacer toute accumulation des effets d'oppression, d’humiliations et d’agressions perpétuelles que produisent les politiques d'Apartheid.

Nous tenons à rappeler que l'histoire de cette folie meurtrière ne commence pas le 7 octobre 2023, tout comme elle n'a pas commencé le 6 octobre 1973. Elle est le fait d'une expansion permanente et graduelle des colonies israéliennes en territoires occupés, accompagnée à chaque vague d’annexion d’une sophistication des méthodes d'aliénation et de persécution à l’égard des Palestiniens. Elle est le fait de la création d’un État discriminatoire, avec ce que cela comporte comme effets de déshumanisation banalisés, permettant aujourd’hui au ministre de la défense israélienne de traiter publiquement et impunément les habitants de Gaza d' « animaux humains ». 

Au moment où nous rédigeons ce texte, Israël a sommé 1.1 millions d’habitants d’évacuer sous 24h la bande de Gaza Nord et de se réfugier vers le Sud. Tout habitant non évacué sera présumé membre du Hamas et menacé d’être éliminé par les forces armées israéliennes. Ce vendredi 13 octobre 2023, l’humanité a assisté, pour la première fois dans son histoire récente, à l’annonce en direct d’un génocide programmé. En soutenant le massacre, que ce soit de manière tacite ou manifeste, les puissances occidentales ont perdu toute légitimité à intervenir dans un processus de paix durable. Exposant au monde son système de valeurs à géométrie variable, l’Occident a montré une nouvelle fois son mépris pour les « valeurs universelles » qu’il claironne.

 La cruauté de la colonisation menée par Israël s’intensifie. Vendredi 13 octobre, alors que les habitants de Gaza fuyaient le Nord, l’armée israélienne a bombardé civils et ambulances. Le soir même, elle est intervenue dans tout le territoire de Cisjordanie : Jénine, Hébron, Naplouse, Ramallah, Bethléem…. Depuis plusieurs jours, les colons israéliens sont officiellement armés par l’État d’Israël et vivement encouragés à assassiner tout Palestinien quel qu’il soit.

 Ces crimes d’État se commettent impunément. Une propagande diffusée par les médias occidentaux les justifie. Les propos imputant au Hamas l’égorgement de quarante bébés israéliens en sont l’exemple le plus affligeant. Grâce au travail de vérification des journalistes d’Al Jazeera, CNN a dû présenter ses excuses officielles, reconnaissant que ces faits n’étaient pas avérés. Mais le mal était fait : ce mensonge, repris par le Président des États-Unis lui-même, a permis à Washington, outre son aide financière et militaire à Israël, de préparer l’opinion publique au massacre à venir. Triste rappel des prémisses de l’invasion de l’Irak.

 Le silence assourdissant de la communauté internationale sur les crimes de guerre commis aujourd’hui en Palestine sont une preuve de plus que l’inégalité raciale a toujours été au cœur des projets coloniaux, puis impériaux de l’Occident. En réalité, c’est sur fond de cette inégalité raciale que se sont toujours justifiés les plus grands massacres et génocides perpétrés à l’encontre des populations racisées.                

En Palestine, les temps présents ne sont que la continuation d’une violence coloniale qui se perpétue et s’éternise. Cette année a ainsi été marquée par l’intensification des violences à l’égard des Palestiniens. Selon les estimations de l’ONU, 173 Palestiniens avaient déjà été tués avant le mois d’octobre. Nous avons tous en tête les images du camp de réfugiés de Jénine dévasté par l’armée israélienne. La politique aveugle d’intensification des colonies menée par l’État d’Israël, la constante violation du droit international, le non-respect des accords de paix, constituent, dans cette colonisation de peuplement, un véritable nettoyage ethnique.

D’autres peuples autochtones ont été massacrés au cours de l’histoire. Le traitement des descendants des peuples Natifs américains aux États-Unis, également persécutés et subalternisés, en porte encore la marque.

Face au silence de la communauté internationale, au soutien inconditionnel d’Israël par les États-Unis et l’Union Européenne, aux partis-pris manifestes des médias occidentaux, nous, membres et amis du réseau décolonial en Afrique du Nord, affirmons tout notre soutien au peuple palestinien dans sa lutte de libération et dénonçons le massacre des populations civiles palestiniennes en cours.

 Dans ce contexte, nous tenons également à rappeler l’importance éthique et politique d’un retrait des accords de normalisation qui ne font que renforcer en Israël le sentiment d'impunité.

 Aucune paix durable dans la région ne sera trouvée si les aspirations légitimes du peuple palestinien continuent d'être ignorées, si les exigences de justice, de liberté de mouvement pour tous et d'égalité effective continuent d'être bafouées. Au fond, l'équation est simple à retenir et pourtant fortement combattue, reniée : il ne peut y avoir de paix sans décolonisation !
