LeMing is in conversation with a couple facilitators and nailing down details/ who can facilitate which months. They're also open to facilitator suggestions, specifically facilitators who are QT/BIPOC Parent Survivors too. Some topics they're hoping to cover include: addressing toxic positivity when folks need space to grieve/be angry; relationships with body & movement; overcoming negative self talk/beliefs; supporting kids' mental health and your own simultaneously; finding agency when co-parenting with an abuser/court systems are involved; challenges as a new parent; parenting teens; building support/community when you're already overwhelmed and depressed; how to talk about survivorship and hard things with kids; finding space for big emotions when it's not safe to have big emotions publicly as QT/BIPOC because of racism & anti-Blackness; etc.
