The Red Cross has dropped their swimming lesson program, so we have to move everything into Lifesaving Society lessons. All the Red Cross lessons will be replaced with their Lifesaving Society equivalents in this form.


If this form is filled out BEFORE April 6th, 2023 at 9:00 am then it will NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Fill out one form for UP TO 5 children in the SAME FAMILY
- If more than 5 swimmers in the same family, fill out one form for first 5, then fill out an extra form for extra kids
- If registering for more than 1 family, fill out a new form each family as confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.
