PrideFest 2024 Vendor Registration
Event Timing: Saturday, June 29th, Noon-4pm (Vendor setup begins at 11am)

We’re excited to welcome a wide variety of vendors who support the LGBTQI+ community to take part in our PrideFest! ALL vendors (food and non-food) must register. There are no water or electrical hookups at the park, so vendors must bring their own generator if electrical is needed.  Vendors must bring their own table and chairs, tents, etc. as desired.   

Inclusion Policy:  Vendors must support a culture of inclusion, equity, diversity and respect. Eastern New Mexico Rising reserves the right to refuse vendor registrations for any organization or business that does not align with these tenets.

Vendors will receive their assigned booth locations within a week from the festival date. This will include a map of the park and where you will be located.  Event organizers will be onsite the day of the event.  Please note: we are unable to guarantee specific location requests.  

After completing your registration, you will receive an email confirmation to the address provided during the registration process. This email will include a link for you to complete payment (if required) for your vendor registration. 

Fees:  
Non-profit or social justice/advocacy organization informational booth/table: FREE
Food Vendor:  $25
Commercial Vendor: $10
Performer/Artist/In-Kind:  FREE
