2024 CHMA Trade Show Booth Registration
Everyone interested in setting up a table or booth for education, sampling or product display during the CHMA Biz Hall F&B Trade Show is required to complete this form. If the form is not received, your space is NOT confirmed.

EVENT DATE: Monday, June 3, 2024
LOCATION: Trent University, Peterborough ON - Great Hall
TIME: NOON - 2 PM  (can extend if needed)

Further details to be provided at a later date regarding parking, load-in/out, setup times and onsite contact.

Great Hall, Trent Univ. Event setup and alcohol vendors will be located in the campus pub area.
I acknowledge that by registering I am also agreeing to become a year-long Associate Partner with CHMA to support and engage with the members. As part of this registration it will be outlined on my invoice or may be included in my sponsorship level. This is an annual fee of $295+ HST.
