Daycare Summer Reading Registration 2024
Use this form to sign up a Daycare or Preschool for Fort Scott Public Library's Summer Reading Program for Birth - 12th grade kids! This year's summer reading program will run from June 5 - August 7. Kick off with an Adventure Party at Gunn Park Shelter House #3 on June 5, 10-11:30 (all ages kickoff party) or at the Choose Your Adventure Teen Kickoff Party on June 5, 4-5:30 pm (4th-12th grades kickoff party).

IMPORTANT: PLEASE HELP US PLAN AHEAD FOR YOUR DAYCARE'S VISITS BY CHECKING OFF THE DATES ON WHICH YOU EXPECT TO ATTEND OUR REGULAR PROGRAMS. NOTE - WE WILL NOT HOLD A REGULAR PROGRAM DURING PERFORMANCE WEEKS. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND ONLINE RATHER THAN IN PERSON, PLEASE CHOOSE THE APPROPRIATE BOX. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!

In-person kids' meetings will be held on Tuesdays at 10 am, online on Thu. at 10 am (pre-recorded), and teen programs on Wed. at 4 pm. Storytelling videos will post on YouTube & Facebook, with guest readers & demonstrators in addition to Miss Val. 

Performances: Musician Alan Cunningham, June 11 @ 10 at Winfield Scott Elementary, Jay & Leslie's Library Escapades, July 2 @ 10, and Storyteller Will Stuck July 31 @ 10, at Memorial Hall. All dates & plans are subject to change with little to no notice, dependent on current local health & weather conditions. Watch our Facebook page and website for updates and event changes.
