SKJAJA relies on grants, donors and corporate sponsors to fund our application cycles.  Answering the following questions will help SKJAJA learn more about the students who wish to receive funding after our funding cycle closes, and will help us raise more money for the future.

When you've completed this survey, your name will be added to the SKJAJA Wait List.  If any additional funding comes through between now and the end of our fiscal year (June 30), awards will be granted to those students on the wait list first.  SKJAJA will contact you and ask you to complete our application, and students will be considered on a first come, first served basis.
