💡 Our mission is to provide underserved and underrepresented Berea College STEM-H
students the opportunity to develop a path and grow in the direction of their future career field
through the guidance of someone who has already been through that particular journey.

🗓️ The approximate duration of the mentorship is one academic year long.

🕐 The mentor and mentee will agree on the frequency of meetings and the project(s) or goal(s) they would like to focus on during the mentorship program.
