Bento Groups are cohorts of up to ten people who meet every Wednesday for one hour over the course of twelve weeks.

Bento Groups are communities of deep connection. Each Bento Group is an intimate space where people share and explore their challenges with peers. We use deep listening and collaborative thinking to support each other.
