Organization Information:

Chrystal Evans Hurst (CEH) is based in the Dallas area and is the visionary and founder of The Sister Circle LLC (TSC). This for-profit ministry seeks to empower, equip, and encourage women as well as provide virtual and physical spaces for women to connect. In addition leading and developing The Sister Circle LLC, Chrystal serves in varying leadership roles at her church and family ministries, writes, speaks, and creates substantial content to serve her online audience. Along with her existing core, contract, and volunteer team members, Chrystal is passionate about serving women and finding ways to provide ministry to others.

Position Information:

Integrator/Executive Director - Will provide, support, leadership, and direction for both CEH and TSC in the mission of developing faith-based content geared for intentional living and personal growth. This person will work closely with CEH to assess, manage, and create opportunities for ministry effectiveness  through evaluation, discernment, decision making, planning, and overall direction of CEH ministry and TSC development. Five to ten years of experience preferred.

Creative Director - This individual should be passionate about helping people connect with God and walking in His purposes for their lives. The ideal candidate is a self-starting, quick learner with an eye for visuals, high attention to detail, and a heart for people. The director should either be able to produce or oversee the production of events, visual media, marketing campaigns, social media, and other creative platforms that foster engagement and deliver a high-touch experience. Five to ten years of experience preferred.

Executive Assistant -  Will provide high-level, professional support to CEH and to serve as the primary liaison to all internal and external stakeholders. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, work in a fast-paced environment and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Administrative Assistant -  Will provide professional support to CEH and team. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, communicate effectively, work in a fast-paced environment and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Additional Criteria for All Positions:

Individuals will involve strong representation of CEH and ensuring that the heart of the visionary and founder is represented through the communication, content, and culture of the team. These key positions will also both require the individuals to serve as a "gatekeepers", creating win-win situations for those looking to interface with CEH in order to protect her time and to allow her to focus on the activities that require her crucial focus. CEH has been and remains extremely involved in the day-to-day operations and development of her personal and professional brand and desires support to facilitate her "getting-out-of-the-weeds".

Applicants should be innovative. We are constantly growing, pivoting, testing new ideas, and trying different ways of doing "our thing" well.

Applicants should be "tech-forward" and exhibit proficiency with Apple Ecosystem, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office. Proficiency in other digital communications a big plus (Adobe Creative Suite, Evernote, Asana, Trello, Dropbox, Evernote, etc).

Applicants should be a strong personal fit as the office location is maintained at a home office base.

Applicants should have a high level of flexibility and availability.

College education strongly preferred but not required. Punctuality and dependability are a must. Applicant should be local to the DFW area as the office location is in the southwest Dallas area.
