Please use the form if you have a complaint or concern regarding one of the schools in the Greenshaw Learning Trust, the Greenshaw Learning Trust as a whole, the Trust Shared Service, an executive officer of the Trust, a governor or governing body of any school in the Trust, or a Trustee of the Trust.
IMPORTANT - If a person has a comment or complaint about any of the above, they should in the first instance contact the school or Trust in person, or by telephone, email or letter, via the member of staff they have been dealing with, or via the Complaints Lead listed in the school or Trust complaints procedures, for an appointment to discuss the matter with an appropriate member of staff. Only once a complaint has been addressed under Stage 1 may the complainant take the matter to Stage 2 if they are not satisfied, by using this form.
In accordance with equality law, the Trust will make reasonable adjustments if required, to enable complainants to access and complete the complaints procedure. For instance, providing information in alternative formats, assisting complainants in raising a formal complaint or holding meetings in accessible locations.
