Please complete the following form to help us plan for success. When goal setting, think about how the efforts you put in daily contribute to your goals. Come to training with daily goals that contribute to your progression.

Some types of goals to think about:
-Outcome Goals: Results based, whether you achieve these goals depends on your own effort as well as your opponent's performance.

-Performance Goals: Achieving your own personal objectives such as competing or learning a specific trick.

-Process Goals: Actions/movements that need to be carried out in a good performance or when doing a specific trick. EX: Spot the back of the jump at 180, hands forward on landing. These types of goals are great to think about on competition day as they are related to focus and performing skills well.

Think about competing skills that you are confident with, that you can perform consistently with good execution and you can adapt to different features easily. Competing skills that were learned in the previous season is quite realistic.
Considering we have 10 weeks on snow before the Sun Peaks Timber Tour, what are some realistic tricks/skill goals for this competition? What tricks do you ideally want to compete?
Think about competing skills that you are confident with, that you can perform consistently with good execution and you can adapt to different features easily. Competing skills that were learned this summer and on air bag in early season is more realistic at this point.
Considering BC Champs is the last weekend of skiing, what are some realistic tricks/skill goals for this competition? What tricks do you ideally want to compete?
