Pavilion Rental Permit Request
Please use this form to request the use of one of our two pavilions (Ann Van Middlesworth Park or Docherty Park).  The Hillsborough Parks and Recreation Department reserves our two pavilions on a first come/first serve basis.   Pavilions are available for rental from March thru November.  

The cost to Hillsborough Residents is $75 for a 5 hour window (8 AM - 1 PM or 2 PM - 7 PM) or $150 for the whole day (8 AM - 7 PM).  

Out of Town Residents cost is $100 for a 5 hour window (8 AM - 1 PM or 2 PM - 7 PM) or $200 for the whole day (8 AM - 7 PM)

Please allow 3 business days for a response during the active rental timeframe (March-November).  All requests submitted prior to March 1st will receive a response by February, 15th.  If you have any question in regards to your rental request please call the Recreation office at 908-369-4832.
