ELIGIBILITY:
Media Accreditation will be granted to media professionals who complete this form and meet the requirements. Our preference is that you are on assignment for this event.
Freelance journalists/photographers must submit a letter on letterhead signed by editor/manager of affiliate media outlet. Outlets may apply for more than one accreditation.
Coverage of this event is restricted: There will be no full-length recording of this event.
ACCESS:
Accreditation pass/wristband must be worn at all times at the event venue. Each accreditation is issued specifically for the individual approved and is non-transferable.
Misuse of accreditations will result in the accreditation being immediately revoked, removal from access areas and potential loss of future accreditation for individual/group at TSMF events.
INTERVIEW/PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY:
There will be a media zone for conducting short interviews. ***
Interviews will be at the discretion of TSMF team.
Requests for longer interviews must be submitted to TSMF team in advance. Please note we honour artists contracts and specifications.
All photographs taken at TSMF must be for the sole use of publication for which the photographer is accredited.
NO PHOTOGRAPHERS ON STAGE unless expressly authorized to do so by TSMF staff. Photographers must obey access guidelines and may only work in zones specifically permitted by TSMF.
TSMF reserves the right to refuse extensive technical setups by accredited media, especially where these impede the work of the artists and our team.
DEADLINES:
Applications must be submitted by July 19th 2023 at 5pm to be considered. TSMF will inform/confirm accreditation within 3 days of deadline.
**Media list and wristband will be at the entry of venue on event day.
