This questionnaire is a pre-screener to seek eligibility for a market research project. You do NOT get compensated for filling out this form. If you pre-qualify, you will receive a text or email from a Recruiter to call our office.

Parents of children 4-12 (Moms OR Dad OR guardian) with child present for the interview.

Online Webcam 1:1 via Desktop/Laptop with Webcam (NO CHROMEBOOK/TABLETS/PHONES)

Friday September 23rd thru Wednesday October 5th 2022:

1. Qualified respondents will be asked to participate in a one-hour computer administered interview where we will ask about children toys with you and your child.

2. LOI about 60 minutes for ages 4-5 and 6-8

3. LOI either 60 or 90 minutes for ages 9-12 (This age group has the option for 90 minute interview – will receive an additional $25 incentive), if chosen.

4. Parent and Child must both be available for the quant research

5. Respondents will need webcam in order to participate

6. Respondents will have opportunity to participate in a 60 minute Qualitative Interview held Oct 3 – Oct 7.  Will receive an additional $75 if chosen.

Incentive 60 Minute IDI (Ages 4-12): $75 for Interview + $10 for completing short homework, if chosen.

Incentive 90 Minute IDI (Available to ages 9-12): $100 for Interview + $10 for completing short homework, if chosen.

Compensation: Pre-Paid Visa to be sent 8-10 weeks after full participation, if chosen.

If selected for this study, you would be asked to participate in a one-hour computer administered interview where we will ask about children toys with you and your child. Interviews will be held at pre-determined times between September 23rd  and October 5th. Unfortunately, only your assigned child will be able to participate in the interview with you, so please make any necessary arrangements. Would you be willing to participate in this interview?

If selected, in addition to the interview, you and your assigned child will be asked to complete a short exercise prior to the interview. The exercise will involve creating a wish list of what your child would request for the next gift-giving holiday. Instructions will be sent to you and you will email the wish list prior to the interview in addition to bringing it to the interview. 23.
