My name is Vijender Singh (VJ) and I provide bioinformatics support to researchers at UCHC and UConn Storrs Campuses. I am moving full time to UCHC and will be dedicated bioinformatician to assist you in your genomics data analysis quests and will provide help in experimental design and data analytics. Besides that I want to develop bioinformatics resources that are required by researchers at UConn Health. To name a few these include workflows, tutorials, database hosting, template code for data visualization etc.

Signup form is meant to collect details of the individuals that need support in their data analysis or would like to contribute towards developing bioinformatics resources or simply want to join for fun. Feel free to enroll yourself to get periodic updates and activities of CBC.

Some of the upcoming events are

Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) workshop on November 9th (2pm-4pm + Q&A) : Time Duration 2hr.
A meet with all interested folks (To get an idea of what we need in terms of resources)
Bioinformatics Club : Journal Club + research work discussion group (Schedule TBD)
