2023-2024 Foundation Employee Parking Permit & Transit Pass Request / 2024-2025 permit RENEWAL 

This form is for Foundation Staff who would like to purchase parking or transit services for the 2023-2024 academic year AND for 2024-2025 parking permit renewal requests.

NEW PARKING REQUESTS: Parking permits for the current academic year will expire on June 30th, 2024. If you would like to continue parking past that date, please indicate that on this form. Permits for the 2024-2025 academic year will be mailed out in early June. Please provide your most current mailing address below to ensure a prompt delivery. 

2024-2025 RENEWAL: Please indicate that you are renewing and not requesting a new permit when prompted below. Permits for the 2024-2025 academic year will be mailed out in early June. Please provide your most current mailing address when prompted below to ensure a prompt delivery. 


Services are payroll deductible each month and will continue until the services expire or are cancelled. You will receive a confirmation email in 1-2 business days when your request has been processed.

Parking Requests:

Be advised that your permit will be mailed to the address provided in your form response. A "Do Not Ticket" notification will be placed on your vehicle so that you can park while you wait for your physical permit to arrive.


Transit Requests:

Be advised that transit services are now continuously payroll deducted until service is cancelled or employee separation. Previous transit users can expect to have their pass loaded onto their existing PSU Hop Card. New users will need to pickup their new PSU HOP card in our office or can request it be sent in the mail to the address provided in the form response. Once your request has been processed, we will send a confirmation email with pickup information.
