In western medicine we place too much confidence in doctors, practitioners, and diagnostic machines to tell us when we are out of balance. Then we say, “Fix me, Please!”

This SELF CHECK-IN list was created to give you a tool to manage your own health once our time comes to an end. You can use this tool as often as you need to. Do not be afraid to put your health into your own hands. Remember you are the first person to feel the imbalance and then have to communicate what you feel to someone else.
