The Nevada Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities invites you to host a vendor table at the Silver State Self-Advocacy Conference 2024, a conference by and for the I/DD community. The vendor fair will be on Day 1 of the conference. The vendor fair will be open all day to allow for ample time for attendees and vendors to engage and network. 

Vendor tables are available on a first come, first serve basis. You will receive an email confirming your application has been accepted. Registration is free but we ask that you please provide us with a raffle prize (no more than $20 in value) for our guests! Each table includes two chairs. More chairs can be available upon request. Designated vendor set up is from 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM and take down is from 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM. However, should your staff need to arrive later/leave earlier, you are permitted to do so. Detailed instructions will be sent via email at least two weeks prior to the event.

Please indicate on your registration the contact name/number of the person representing your organization and a brief description of the information you will be providing. Please also provide us the name and titles of anyone staffing your vendor tables, so that we can provide them with a conference name tag at the event. We have limited tables available with power sources. Please list any vendor table needs below.

Vendors are not permitted to sell items at the event, but can advise attendees of where/how to purchase or sign up for your service outside of the event.

Please indicate if you will be joining us for breakfast and/or lunch. This is free and available for registered vendor table staff.

Vendor Registration closes May 31st at 5:00 PM or when all vendor tables are filled.
