USA Pole Barns: We are a semi turn key company, we supply you with your entire building package and have builders to build it pending your location. Our insured builders are separate from USA Pole Barns but have agreed to our pricing structure so you know the cost to put your building up. We also have strict and high standards who builds our product.

We do not pull permits. You are the General Contractor and but we are happy to provide you with names of contractors for: Concrete Flatwork, Electrical, Dirt Work (Excavation of your pad site), plumbing etc. Let us know if you need names. 
We can also help you with permitting questions and can help guide through this process.
We can get you quotes on Excavating, Spray Insulation, Frost walls, Concrete flatwork upon request.

Post Frame Foundation: 
We have options many options. We can make any of these as an option also.

Conditioned space or Larimer County/Boulder County and a few others will require #3. This will add cost to the labor after engineering is complete. #3 This will also be required if you are in a high wind area for uplift. You can also add #2 Post Sleeves to poured concrete to protect the posts. You can also do #5 in high wind areas. Please reach out for more information.

Information note: 
CONCRETE FOOTERS: If engineering is required, more than likely your barn will need concrete footers (see example).
This is an extra cost paid to the builder onsite. Our builder will charge you for the concrete cost and the labor for installation. This cost will vary pending the size of the hole.

Concrete Rough numbers since concrete cost can vary. Not all holes need concrete, mostly with engineered buildings: Once engineering comes back these prices will have you prepared for the cost.

24" Diameter hole is $100 - $150 per hole

30" Diameter hole is $175 - $200 per hole

36" Diameter hole is $200 - $225 per hole / over 36" TBD

Concrete is used for "uplift" that is why certain jurisdictions will require that and added rebar. They do not want your building to lift up in a windstorm. 

We highly suggest post protectors if using concrete as the concrete can decay the integrity of the post over a long period of time. Let us know if you want post protectors added. 

We have other footer options as well such as Perma Column and Concrete brackets. Please let us know if you want more information on these products.

For very rocky conditions: A soils report will be required. Also if the builder runs into a rocky soils, you will be responsible for any extra cost such as equipment rental and time to remove the rock so we are able to put the footers in.

What roof type do you want? (Gable, Gambrel, Shed) We offer other style of trusses also. Please inquire if you want something different from traditional trusses such as attic, western, mono, etc. *

TRUSSES:
Do you need scissor trusses, attic, or raftered for a vault look? This adds height to your ceiling, good for lofts etc. This can be for ALL or a PORTION of the building. (Note: Sometimes adding height to your barn can cost less than scissor trusses). Also you can make this an option. Just put option in the answer.

What roof pitch do you want? 4:12 is standard. The higher the number the steeper the pitch.

Generally we get you a quote from Integrity OHD out of Loveland, CO (they travel most locations). Your quote will say OPENING for the door. They will supply the door/s, labor and warranty.

(Keep in mind you need two feet from the top of the door to the ceiling height of the barn unless you are using scissor trusses. 
(ex. 16' ceiling height is a 14' tall door).

We use PlyCo 99 SERIES doors as our standard door and Masonite for our upgraded doors. We also have commercial doors upon request.

SIDING:

Standard is Metal siding and roofing (29g standard or 26g upgraded "heavier gauge" ).  

Siding: Options of Lap siding, Hardy Plank, Board and Batten (wood or metal) or T-111 for shingles.  

Roofing: You can have an option of Asphalt Roofing etc. Other siding and roofing will require OSB and Tyvek on the wall first. Tell us if you want any options.
