You must use this form to give your details as a potential official (or Marshal) AND for you to Sign-On PRIOR to the event.
**EACH OFFICIAL / POTENTIAL VOLUNTEER SHOULD FILL OUT / SUBMIT A SEPARATE FORM**
This allows us to create Entry lists & define who's covered by the Ms UK insurance.
If the Event has to be cancelled at the last moment, we'll use your Mobile no. to contact you to save you travelling !

NB Officials do NOT need to have a Ms UK Competition Licence OR be a Club Member
Marshals are not permitted under 16 years old, 16 & 17 year olds need to provide the name of their Parent or Guardian.
NB Spectators ARE NOW permitted.

**Meet-up locations**
CCV & Timed Trial meet-up will be the “Eastnor Sheep Field”. See our website What’s On > Directions page.
RTV meet up will be in the camp site area in the "Eastnor Deer Park" . See our website What’s On > Directions page.
**NB The Deer Park entrance gate uses a keycode pad to gain access. WE WILL SEND YOU A TEXT & EMAIL with the code 4~5 days before the event**
(NB : There WON'T BE ACCESS via the "Woodyard entrance" due to the cafe now operating there)

**FACILITIES**
The trials & camp sites will have toilet facilities - BUT NO Catering.

**Timing** Meet-up / Scrutineering times will be 08:45 ~ 09:30 for each trial.  Trial start at 10:00
Competitors, marshals & any spectators will be led to the trialling areas after 09:45 (10 mins drive).
NB : Anyone arriving after 09:30 is unlikely to be able to take part.

Please ensure you provide all info requested by questions with red asterix & read the MsUK Signing-On Declaration before submitting the form.
**NB : Emergency Contact info is now MANDATORY at the request of the Police to Ms UK**
