On April 23rd we will hold our first ever virtual choir booster meeting (and our last meeting of this very unusual school year.) During this meeting we will vote for the 2020-2021 Executive Officers. Responsibilities:

President:
Preside at all meetings of the Choir Boosters, appoint all committee chairmen, and shall be an ex-officio member of all committees.  He/She shall be responsible for the dispatching of business.  He/She shall always state the kind of meeting and it's purpose/agenda and fulfill any other duties normally accorded to the President's office. Duties also include Managing and updating social media, website, and calendar.

Vice President:
Assume all the duties of the president in his/her absence and other duties assigned by the president. Offer insights and recommendations concerning club agendas and activities and lead or assist with projects as needed.

Secretary:
Keep the membership record of the minutes of all meetings, attend to the correspondence, and maintain electronic versions of all documents related to the choir boosters organization and make them readily available. Offer insights and recommendations concerning club agendas and activities and lead or assist with projects as needed.
