Climate Essentials for Basingstoke and Deane

Through a new pilot scheme, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (BDBC) have partnered with Climate Essentials to offer one-to-one carbon management support to a limited number of local businesses, social enterprises, and charities. Using the Climate Essentials carbon footprint tool, successful applicants will work with our climate change experts in bespoke sessions to measure, manage, and reduce their carbon emissions. The aim of the programme is to help organisations cut their carbon emissions and play their part in achieving a net zero borough by 2030.

If selected, your organisation will also become a part of the council's case study cohort, where your participation will be spotlighted via social media, news releases, and websites.

This will likely include using your testimonials, photographs and videos related to the project in your organisation’s communications as well as providing them for use in council communications including its social media, news releases, websites and case studies.
