Sarah Tekath viib 9. veebruaril kell 18-20 ja 16. veebruaril kell 18.20 läbi enesekaitse töötoad. Töötuba toimub Tallinnas. TÖÖTOA KEEL ON INGLISE KEEL.

Töötubade enesekaitsetehnika põhineb kickpoksil ja Krav Magal ning keskendub olukordadele, milles naistel võib ette tulla.

Milleks valmistuda?
- Tegemist on algkursusega, varasem kogemus ei ole vajalik
- Sarah jaoks on oluline turvaline ruum. Igal hetkel on võimalik astuda harjutustest kõrvale ja jääda vaatlejaks.
- Töötoa keel on inglise keel. Kui see on sulle keeruline, palu kaasa sõber, kes sind tõlkimisel aitab
- Mugav oleks panna selga trenniriided, aga see ei ole eeltingimus
- Kontsadega jalanõud ei ole töötas ohutud
- Võta kaasa ka veepudel ja rätik

Always wanted to be able to defend yourself physically in whatever kind of situation? Good news! Coach Sarah Tekath knows all about it and is ready to share the power.

On 9th and 16th of February at 18-20 we will hold workshops, where Sarah will teach you some easy techniques on how to defend yourself.  

These techniques are based on Kickboxing and Krav Maga and are focused on situations that especially women can face, such as being pulled by the hair.

No experience in martial arts and/or self-defense is required. We will all start together with the basics. During the session, if you do not feel comfortable, there is always the option to step out and just watch from the sideline. Please note: This is meant to be a safe space and you do as much as you can and as much as you want.

Please wear workout clothes and sneakers (no heels, please), bring some water and a towel.
